1.准备好调味料,葱蒜切沫,小米椒切圈。

2.用剪子剪开虾皮,再用锯齿刀开背,去虾肠。

3.热锅冷油,爆香葱蒜沫,小米椒圈。

4.倒入处理好的鲜虾,煸炒至虾变色。

5.调入适量咖喱酱,翻炒均匀。

6.倒入椰汁,翻炒、收汁至浓稠。

7.最后,挤入柠檬汁,少许盐调味。
小窍门&温馨提示
1、爱吃咖喱味浓的可以多放些。
2、保持虾肉的鲜嫩,倒入椰汁后,稍微炒会就好,别火大了。
